Waterjet cutting Service ordering process

1. Submit Detailed Information About Your Order

Fill out an inquiry form to provide us with in-depth information regarding your project. Drawings should be in CAD file formats (DXF, DWG). If these are not available, PDF or hand-drawn sketches are acceptable for initial quotations. However, CAD files will be needed for the actual job, and if not supplied, a nominal fee will be charged for creating these drawings.

Include specifications such as the material to be used, its thickness, and the required quantity. We are flexible in sourcing material—either from our approved supplier list or using material you provide.

Our team will contact you if there are any other questions.

2. Job Quotation

Based on the details provided, we will issue a quotation. The quotation will consider waterjet machine run times, material costs, finishing, and any special requirements, such as collection or delivery.

3. Pro-Forma Invoice and Payment

For new customers, the preferred payment methods are credit card, BACS, and/or bank transfer. Creditworthiness will be assessed for potential company credit terms.

4. Material Procurement and Preparation

The selected materials will be acquired, inspected, and readied for the waterjet cutting task. Any apparent complications will be addressed and discussed with you prior to processing.

5. Waterjet Cutting and Dispatch Preparation

We offer a swift turnaround time, ranging from 1-3 days depending on the size and complexity of the project. Once cut and finished, the components will be carefully packaged and prepared for speedy delivery—either by us, our trusted couriers, or available for your collection.
